2. Drinking too much tea, coffee and colas can upset the fluid balance in the body.

3. Not drinking enough water can cause water retention. This may sound strange, but if you are not drinking enough water, the body will hang on to all the water it can, because it assumes a drought is coming.

4. Lack of exercise. If you've been on a long flight, you may know how easy it is to suffer with fluid retention in your legs and feet. Muscle contractions help move the fluid around the body. For the price of this you can't really complain!! I decided to use it because one of my friends was explaining to me why the body actually stores water when you arent drinking enough of it and Im quite bloated at the moment so I thought it couldnt harm to try and it does actually make you lose a few pounds!
