  1. Eating Late at Night (on a night out!)
  2. Not Drinking Enough Water
  3. Inactivity (get us moving!)
  4. Drinking Alcohol
  5. Snacking on the Wrong Foods
  6. Too much Bread and Wheat
  7. Not Eating Enough
  8. Eating too Much
  9. Not Enough Rest (need 8 hours sleep)
  10. Takeways (we love them)

    I agree sean, and water is my favourite drink. I really must make the effort to drink more. PS- its so much easier to drink when its at room temperature.

    water is the secret….forget the 2 litres, go for 3 plus….the easiest way to get water down you is to have a 1/2 pint glass at every tap, whenever you turn the tap on pour yourself a glass & sip….think of all the times you use a tap i.e. brushing teeth, washing hands, bathing/showering, filling kettle, cooking meal, washing dishes, even watering the garden!!!!
