The girls in the office have come up with what we think are our slimming downfalls.
These are our top 10:
- Eating Late at Night (on a night out!)
- Not Drinking Enough Water
- Inactivity (get us moving!)
- Drinking Alcohol
- Snacking on the Wrong Foods
- Too much Bread and Wheat
- Not Eating Enough
- Eating too Much
- Not Enough Rest (need 8 hours sleep)
- Takeways (we love them)

I agree sean, and water is my favourite drink. I really must make the effort to drink more. PS- its so much easier to drink when its at room temperature.
i agree with all of the above.
water is the secret….forget the 2 litres, go for 3 plus….the easiest way to get water down you is to have a 1/2 pint glass at every tap, whenever you turn the tap on pour yourself a glass & sip….think of all the times you use a tap i.e. brushing teeth, washing hands, bathing/showering, filling kettle, cooking meal, washing dishes, even watering the garden!!!!
I’ve got one – eating at my desk – you dont realise what you’re shoving in when you’re eating and working!
