		<description>Hi Mark,

Thank you for your comment.

Green leafy salad items are absolutely fine as well as chillies. In regards to Mushrooms they are classed as fungi not vegetables so we would advise you to stay away from these if possible.

I hope this information helps.

Good look with the diet and do keep us posted on your results.

Kind regards,
Sarah

<description>Ok, for the purposes of this diet, can we count &quot;salad&quot; items that are green and leafy, such as lettuce and rocket, as &quot;veg&quot; Can fresh chillies be added to the soup for taste, are they allowed? Finally, do mushrooms count as veg? Thanks!</description>

		<description>Hi kgb,

That&#039;s no problem at all, we are here to help.

In regards to the soup, yes it is fine to add vegetables although we advise that they should be leafy.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
Sarah

		<description>Hi kgb,

The cumin powder is fine to use if it makes the soup edible for you.

However there really is no substitution for the tomatoes, for day 5 (beef and tomatoes) we suggest following the same meal plan as day 6 (beef and vegetables.

I hope this information helps.

Good look with your weight loss please do keep us posted.

If you require any further information or assistance please contact us.

Kind regards,
Sarah

		<description>Hi Ruth,

We recommend for breakfast you try to eat vegetables. We know it may not sound very appetising, but you can eat tomatoes and try to eat green, leafty vegetables.

I hope this helps.

Good luck following the diet and keep us posted on your weight loss results.

If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,
Danielle
