The 7 Day Fat Burning Diet

How to follow the diet

  Basic Fat Burning soup  

 
 
 

  • 6 Large onions 
  • 2 Green peppers (bell peppers) 
  •  2 Cans of tomatoes (diced) 

Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Cook to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more weight you will lose. Fill a flask in the morning if you will be away during the day.

Note! If this soup is eaten alone for indefinite periods, you would suffer malnutrition. This diet should only be followed for short periods of time – please read disclaimer.

Day One: All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower on calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits. For drinks – unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water.

Day Two:
All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw or canned vegetables. Try to eat green, leafy vegetables and stay away from dry limns peas, and corn. Eat along with the soup. At dinnertime on day two, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruits

Day Three: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten for three days, as above, and have not cheated, you will find you should have lost 5 – 7 lb

Day Four: Bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates along with the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your cravings for sweets.

Day Five: Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water on day five to wash away the uric acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once on day five.

Day Six: Beef and vegetables. Eat to your heart’s content of the beef and vegetables on day six. You can even have two or three steaks if you like with green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once.

Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. Again, stuff yourself and be sure to have the soup at least once.  

The end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will have lost 10-17lbs. If you have lost more than 15lbs stay off the diet for two full days before resuming the diet again from day one.If correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before.After only seven days of this process you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10-15lbs and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you like and feel the difference.

This diet is fast, fat burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you think. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. This diet DOES NOT lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of the fat buildup in the system. Go off the diet at least 24hrs before any intake of alcohol.
Because everyone’s digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began if you did not cheat. After being on the diet for several days you will find your bowel movements have changed. You can eat a cup of bran. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don’t need the caffeine after the third day.Definite NO NO’S… Bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet drinks), and fried foods. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice and skimmed milk. You can eat grilled or baked chicken instead of meat (absolutely no skin on chicken)

The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you like. Remember that the more you eat, the more you will lose.
Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically. If you prefer, you can substitute grilled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high-protein in the beef the other days.

    The cumin powder is fine to use if it makes the soup edible for you.

    However there really is no substitution for the tomatoes, for day 5 (beef and tomatoes) we suggest following the same meal plan as day 6 (beef and vegetables.

    can I ask what people have for breakfast on day 2 vegetable day and no fruit allowed I dot fancy crunching on a carrot at 7am before I go to work I’d appreciate ideas, can u have tomato ?

    The diet states you should eat as many as 3 bananas on day 4, however if you cannot eat three, it is not a problem to eat 1 or 2. The diet states no more than 3 bananas should be eaten.

    On day five the diet states you should eat as many as 6 tomatoes, you can eat as many tomatoes as you like, but no more than 6. You should either have a tin of tomatoes with the beef or up to 6 fresh tomatoes.

    You should eat the bananas on day 4 and the tomatoes on day 5.

    You can add small amounts of salt and pepper to your foods if you require, but just in moderation.

    And on day 1 you can eat any fruit except banana’s and the soup throughout the day, whenever you feel hungry.

    We recommend that you try to follow the diet as closely as possible, without substituting if you can help it.

    on day 4 it is said for 3 bananas to be eaten, isn’t it too much. I really cannot eat 3 bananas a day.
    or on day 5, six tomatoes a day! isn’t is much? or it means shall i eat 3 bananas or 6 tomatoes at once in a day or i can divide it in a day?

    about canned tomatoes, do you mean those canned and conserved tomatoes at shops and supermarkets?

    how about salt and pepper, can i use them every day on my foods?

    and one thing: you said for example in day one, i can eat all fruits except banana and i can eat soup all the day, does it mean that whenever i am hungry in day one from morning to night i can eat any fruit and soup i wan as the instruction?

    Hi everyone day 1 went really well looking to lose 2 stone (closed eyes) in around 6 weeks dont know if that is going to happen yet! But am 100% staying on the diet if i like it or not lol. I have really watered down the soup and put less ingredients in it and am also doing zumba to shed more pounds quicker! Wish myself and everyone else good luck will keep you posted

    I started this diet yday.. Ideally would like to lose 1 & 1/2 stone before Christmas.. We will see! This is torture for me because I don’t like fruit or veg on their own.. And after a bowl of soup I’m gagging :( trying to retrain my gag reflex and hopefully by the end of the week I will be fine :) and a bit lighter lol. Just about to go decide what veg is suitable for breakfast :/ fingers crossed I can keep it up!xxx

    Well am on day 5 now and hav to say I struggled first 2days. Followed ‘ray’s’ recipe for th soup and it really was awful! I hav since been told a different version and it is just sooo much nicer!
    1large onion
    4/6 carrots
    6 celery sticks (and leaves if there)
    1 large red/yellow pepper
    1/2 bunch fresh coriander
    Cumin/coriander/cayenne to taste
    Large head broccoli
    Juice of 1 lime
    Veg/chicken stock cube
    Water to cover.

    I just sweated onions in tiny bit of oil and went from there!

    Also on banana/milk day I made a smoothies for brek lunch and dinner; chop up banana into pieces the night before and freeze. Add 1/2 banana’s, 1/3 of a 2pint carton milk, ground cinnamon and vanilla essence to taste to a blender and whizz for about a min. Lovely frothy smoothies! I made ahead and took to work for lunch, lost it’s bubbles and turned a bit brown but was still pretty tasty!

    I weighed this morning and hav so far lost 5lbs which I’m happy with! Good luck guys!!

    Im on the diet now. 4th day into it and your all right, ITS HARD. I am a fit athletic person and the first couple of days has may me feel less energetic than normal. However the pounds have stifted. What I have decided is to do 1 week on and 2 off so i can concentrate on fitness. Its does work if you stick to it. Bring on majorca in 7days! woop woop!

    I’ve done this diet a few times. The best way to do it is to stick rigidly to the soup recipe and the 7 day plan. I’ve seen a few posts saying how they subbed this for that and cheated a bit and then are surprised that the diet didnt work. The soup in particular contains the right balance of veg that can instigate effective fat burning. adjusting the recipe adjusts the effect. stick to the diet and i can attest that you will lose at least 14 lbs. cheat and who knows. The diet is extremely difficult and you need to be in the right mindset. also, it makes exercising really hard after day 3 where your energy levels will be so low. it’s not for everyone and most females that have tried it, my wife, sister in law and mother in law have really struggled by day two-feeling dizzy etc.

    Hi, my husband and I have been doing this diet and are now on day 5. My husband doesn’t like tomatoes. I have put them in the soup and as it is blended, he’s fine with it. Any suggestions as to what to do today when we need to eat beef and tomatoes? Can I add garlic, onions & peppers maybe to make a tomatoe sauce, do you think?
    Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I presume it is important to have to tomatoes as well as the beef!

    Hi all hope you all good………
    I encouraged a friend of my sons to have a crack at this diet 4 weeks ago.
    He started off at 21stone 3lbs, in 7 days he dropped to 19stone 1lb, quite a drop, so came off the diet for 2 days, using a mediteranean diet in this time, he put on 4lbs.
    Returned to the fat burning diet at 19stone 5lb, for a further 7 days, this time only lost 9lb, so down to 18stone 10lb.
    This time no rest, continued straight into a 3rd week losing a further 10lb, went back to the mediteranean diet, put 3lb back on so at 18stone 3lb going into the 4th week, havnt heard his achievements for this week yet but upto now he has done real good.

    Im on weight watchers and have lost 19 lbs(it has taken a few months).

    I found out about this diet yesterday and I have 4lb more left to shift, do you think this diet will work if I only do it for a few days and then bk2 my normal meals?

    Try it, you have nothing to lose other than your belly fat.

    I lost 14 pounds within the soup period of seven days,
    and six weeks later I have reduced by a further 28 pounds.
    This was not difficult, I just stuck to the 7 day menu and relaxed the menu a little after this time.
    I would point out that I am not a large person.
    So to all you people, who are going to buy the veg and the fruit, get on with it as it will be the best investment you will ever make. GOOD LUCK.
