We’ve had this diet sent in from a fan of Slimming Solutions. Jacqui had lost 3 dress sizes using our Slim Bomb Weight Loss Pill and couldn’t shift the last 6lbs to reach her goal weight.
A friend at work had followed the diet – with dramatic results – heres the lowdown and, thanks for the diet sheet Jacqui.
The basis of this diet is chemical and not quantities. It claims that you can lose a stone in a week if followed exactly.
Do not follow this diet for more than a week at a time.
Allowed Drinks: Black Coffee, Black Tea, Lemon Tea, Grapefruit Juice, Tonic Water, Soda Water and Tap Water (unlimited amounts)
Salad Consists Of: Lettuce, Tomato and Celery only.
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 Slice of Dry Toast and grilled Tomatoes
Lunch: Any amount of fresh fruit
Dinner: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Salad and Grapefruit
Day 2
Breakfast: Grapefruit and 1 Boiled Egg
Lunch: Roast Chicken (any amount) and Tomatoes
Dinner: Grilled Steak and Salad
Day 3
Breakfast: Grapefruit and 1 Boiled Egg
Lunch: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and Salad
Dinner: 2 Grilled Lamb Chops, Celery and Cucumber
Day 4
Breakfast: 1 Slice of Dry Toast and 2 Poached Eggs
Lunch: Any amount of fresh fruit
Dinner: 2 Grilled Lamb Chops, Celery and Cucumber
Day 5
Breakfast: 1 Slice of Dry Toast and 2 Poached Eggs
Lunch: 2 Poached Eggs and Tomatoes
Dinner: Fresh or Tinned Fish and Salad
Day 6
Breakfast: 1 Boiled Egg and 1 Glass of Grapefruit Juice
Lunch: Any amount of Fresh Fruit
Dinner: Roast Chicken, Carrots and Cabbage
Day 7
Breakfast: 2 Scrambled Eggs and Tomatoes
Lunch: 2 Poached Eggs and Spinach
Dinner: Grilled Steak and Salad
Special Notes:
- Refrain from all foods not included above
- No substitutes allowed
- Eat only what is shown or do without
- No eating between meals
- No alcoholic drinks, milk, butter, oil or fat

















hi all! i started this diet yesterday and was 9st5 on the 2nd day i was 9st3 i couldnt believe it! i am now use to black coffee and think this is helping! ill keep ypu all posted how iv got on in a few days! good luck all!
I’m on day 4 now and have lost 5lbs so far! Hope I lose more! I’ve been having pink grapefruit juice, is this okay?

is it ok to drink sugar free flavoured water? there is no fat in it or sugar it just tastes of strawberry its alot nicer than normal water. iv missed my milky coffes today but im sticking to it and i cant wait to see my results, its abit worrying that some people on here av not lost any weight and even put on but everyone is different im just hoping for the best
I am on day 2 of this diet i dont really need to lose too much weight i shed 2st a few year ago and have kept it off so far but jus want to lose about 9lbs so keep myself trim! What would happen if i drank alcohol on saturday? I have a party? Will keep you updated!

We would recommend you have fresh tomatoes with your 2 poached eggs as tinned tomatoes may contain additives such as sugar or salt.

I tried this diet about 7 years ago and it was a success.. Glad I saw it again. I am going to start today. Had a baby 9 months ago and still need to lose about 1 1/2 stones (I gained loads)! I will update my weightloss! Good luck to everyone!

im starting this diet tomorrow my friend only made it to day 5 but lost 9.5lb i let her do it first to see if it worked and it does. im hoping to loose atleast 7lb so im going to stick to it wether i like it or not i will feel better if i loose a gud ammount of weight. ill post my results when iv finished

I am very sorry to hear you have put a couple of pounds on whilst following the egg diet.
As you have mentioned that you have followed the diet exactly, it does not sound like you have done anything wrong. However, sometimes certain diets are not suited to everyone and the egg diet may not be suited to you.

I started this diet last week and I was so impressed at first but I am on the last day and I appear to have put a couple of pounds back on in the last 2 days! I’ve followed it properly so I am a bit gutted as I was sure it was working! Could I have been going wrong somewhere? If you do not like eggs, I don’t think the egg diet will be for you.
Maybe another diet will be more suited for you. Why not try the 3 day diet or the egg diet? Both are very popular diets and are great for weight loss.

We wouldn’t recommend you add any sweeteners to your black coffee if you can help it as this may effect your weight loss results, however you can season the eggs with a small amount of pepper if you wish.

i started this diet a few days ago and have lost about 3/4lb!! i have cheated today and feel awful! had a fish butty!!! if i carry on sticking to the diet for a few extra days will this help?

I am on day 7 now and still weigh the same,i would have given up except for the fact i actually enjoy the food…the only thing i substituted was today and had lettuce in stead of spinach yuk!!! i will have a break and try the 3 day diet if still no loss,it makes sense i suppose that it will not work for evertyone and i have very limited mobility so wonder if that may be why….any advice would be greatly appreciated as i need to get in my wedding dress in 12 wks!!! exercise bike is on order to see if that helps

this looks like the perfect diet for me, i’m going to start next Wednesday (food shop day)
i’m not sure i could hack it for more than a week a month so i was just wondering if it was one of the diets that as soon as something not on that meal plan passes your lips you gain all the weight back, don’t get me wrong, i fully plan on eating healthy after the week of this diet but i wouldn’t want to ruin any weight i loose!

Hi I am doing this and started on Sat, so on day 4 not weighed myself yet but clothes feel slightly looser. Could be my imagination. If I can get past pancake day and last till Friday I will post the results on here! I weighed 12stone 12lbs on Friday last week so fingers crossed be less this Friday. I’ve only switched one thing and that was tonight, I had lamb yesterday but did not want it again tonight (dont really like it) so had grilled salmon but only a little bit. Will stick to every other part tho

Please answer this soon….I am on day 5 of this diet and i must say i feel great and really enjoy the food partly because my tastebuds seem to be on high alert and i have learn’t so much about portions and my attitude to food is definately changing, however, i am on day 5 and i weigh exactly the same?? and i have noticed that other people on here noticing good losses after 3 days….I am following it to the letter,even eating foods i don’t like….is it possible it will all happen on the 8th day??

Can i use chicken instead of the steak?
I’m going to start this diet in a week or 2 after I put more exercise in first, the diet sounds great and the results better
The only problem is I really don’t like lamb, steak or any red meat at all and I don’t like fish either :/ But I can tolerate chicken so I was wondering would I be able to have 1 chicken breast on those days instead of the meat?
can i just have chicken on the days that say to have lamb and steak? will it still work?

Hi its my third day today and the last 2 days have been amazing I have lost 6lb in 2 days!!! could not believe it though I messed up this evening as its my sisters bday so have had burger, chips and wine

There are no restrictions on the quantities of salad and fruit, it really jusy depends on what you feel comfortable eating. In regards to salad dressings, we would advise against using these if possible as the diet does state to consume nothing additional to what is listed.
