so glad i come across this. im a sucker for ice cream but knowing that there are lesser calories in the alternatvies but they still taste good is a god send. im on a healthy eating diet and always treat myself at the end of week with a pudding. so it will be sorbet for me

thanks for the tips here emma. I’ve just returned from Lanzarote and, although I didnt print off your list, I did make sure I compared the calories/fat in my choice of icecream from the local supermarket. I’m sure this help me LOSE 2LBS IN WEIGHT on my weeks holiday.

didnt even know ben and jerrys did sorbet – will give them a try. I tend to like ‘proper’ puddings rather than any type of ice cream though.
