I have tried Weight Watchers, 3 Day Diet, The Lemon Detox Diet (which is brilliant) and I even tried the caveman diet!!!
I am trying to compete a list of peoples diet plans.
Some may be crazy and others just simply be healthy eating. If you have any, please add them.
















The lemon detox sounds like a fab way to lose weight. i have heard lots of things about people saying its hard but the results are worth it. i might give this a go and see how i get on.
i really like doing the 3 day diet when i need to lose weight for certain occassions. i read the article about the jordan juice diet and it sounds like another good, simple and quick way to lose weight, i might have to try that one too!
Mini Meal Diet – this helped me to lose 12 pounds, you dont cut out any foods you just eat smaller portions. I ate every 2-3 hours and never felt hungry whilst on it. Good way to keep the meals mini is to use small bowls and plates. It also helped me to maintain my ideal weight afterwards.

2. The Atkins diet – you could eat loads but your breath smells!!!
3. The British Heart Foundation Diet – I HATE peanut butter and the headaches but it really works
4. Jordan’s juice diet – the drinks are really tasty
5. Detox and Slim from Slimming Solutions – I only do the 3 day version.
