A woman in the West Midlands has revealed how she managed to improve her self-confidence by losing weight.
Halesowen News has reported on how the weight loss efforts of Cradley resident Caroline Garrington helped her to reduce her weight by five stone and seven pounds.
Over the course of nine months, Ms Garrington managed to get down to a size ten.
She is reported by the news provider as saying that losing weight did not prove to be overly tricky.
The woman stated: "The difference it has made to my self-esteem is remarkable. I don’t hate looking at my body in the mirror anymore."
Meanwhile, those looking to lower their weight by improving their diets may also want to note information which was recently issued by NHS Choices.
The organisation suggested that people should eat the right proportions of different foods.
