		<description>really informative article.  Never thought of trying an alternative pudding i usually go for a big slice of choclate cake or something wth chocolate but might try and reconsider some frozen yoghurt maybe.</description>

* Phone a talkative friend when food cravings strike. Call from a corded phone outside the kitchen, and stay on untill the craving fades.
* Chew sugarless gum while you prepare meals. it&#039;ll keep you from tasting (eating) that extra serving&#039;s worth.</description>
