Portion Sizes – Too Much of a Good Thing?

It can be frustrating when, despite eating all of the right foods as part of a healthy weight loss plan, the scales don’t reflect all of your hard work!  So maybe its time to ask yourself – If you are eating the right foods and still not seeing any weight loss, are you simply having too much of a good thing?!

    I bought a female and male diet plate earlier in the month, I’m cutting down my husbands intake on food. However, he will be stuffing his face with god knows what at work after I’ve packed him off with a salad!

    I love the portion control plates. I find that it is so easy to section off my foods and I can still eat what I love but allows me to eat a smaller portion of it. I believe every household should have portion plates :)
