Fresh Raspberry Yoghurt 150 Calories

Ingredients

50g/ 2 oz hulled raspberries
A pinch of artificial sweetener granules
75ml/ 5 tbsp very low-fat plain yoghurt
Grated rind of ½ orange

 

Method
• Mash the raspberries together and the sweetener to taste.
• Fold in the yoghurt and orange rind and leave to cool if you have time.
• Allow the flavours to progress.
