Cheryl Cole reveals her exercise and diet tips

cheryl-coleThe nation’s sweetheart has had women envying her petite figure, glowing skin and natural beauty over the past 10 years, but now the stunning 30-year-old has divulged to a fashion website how she stays healthy and in shape; so maybe we can all look as gorgeous as Chezza too?

“I don’t follow any strict diets, I just eat sensibly”, revealed the former X Factor judge.

“I’m not eating McDonald’s or pizza every day, but I do allow myself one cheat day a week, normally a Sunday”.

Cheryl also admitted, like many of us, she loves a nice cake, “I have a really sweet tooth. I love cupcakes doughnuts and basically anything that’s really bad for you”.

When she’s not keeping in shape through her grueling dance routines on tour, the Newcastle born  singer exercises with a trainer, as well as at home.

“I’m still doing the Tracy Anderson Method. I see a trainer and they change the programme after every 10 sessions. I also use the DVD at home”.
