Dieters can select to drink any tea from green tea, white tea, black tea and oolong tea which may be consumed either hot or iced. You will be drinking the tea morning, noon and night so it’s best to make sure you have a preferred tea that you like such as white or black tea. However if you like many different teas then you can mix and match.

Dieters when on this diet are recommended to eat their normal three meals a day which include a balance of fat, carbohydrate and protein. Dieters are advised to use an 8 inch plate as this will avoid overeating. Half of the plate should be filled with healthy Carbohydrates such as fruit, vegetables and wholegrain. A quarter of your plate should be filled with lean protein such as beef, egg white, chicken, fish or tofu. The last quarter should be filled with red or green vegetables and you can drink your tea as much as you need with each meal.

Im a big tea drinker and could happily drink eight cups of any tea a day, This sounds like a great diet to follow. The meal plan sounds quite reasonable to do.

i love a good cup of tea but i dont think i would be able to drink it all day with the amount of sugars i have – 5!! i would be bouncing off the walls. i try to limit myself to a maximum of 2 cups per day. i should really cut down my sugar intake!
