    Morning,

I’m onto my 3rd day today and I’ve gone from 9st8 to 9st3. I’ve been drinking tree tea with lemon and I’ve added apple cider vinegar to my steak and salad and still managed to lose weight ;-)

    HI,

Is it possible to maintain this diet through lets say a month?

I know it states this shouldn’t exceed more than one week but would it be advisable to do this every alternate week.? i.e one week follow this plan, then have a break for a week then re-tart the week again?

    Thanks,

    Sophia

  • annie

Can I eat shrimps instead of fish on Day 5?

  • ste490

6 pounds in the first 3 days. No exercise, just normal running around after the kids in school holidays!

    Hi Nikki,

We would advise that you stick to the diet as stated for optimum results however 1 egg should be fine. 2 small pieces of haddock are fine, as long as they are small. The chicken is only unlimited on day 1 not on any of the other days.
Wherever other meats are stated we would advise you have a small medium sized portion.

    Hi,

A zero calorie gum is fine, the salad consists of lettuce, tomato and celery only. We would advise against salad dressing and all fruits are fine.

    Hi Marianne,

A soft boiled egg is runny in the middle and a hard boiled egg is not. That is the difference. You can have whichever you like.

    Hi Laura,

As mentioned below, don’t be disheartened, 7lbs is fantastic, should you choose to follow this diet again try to up your intake of water, we would advise you have no more than 3 glasses of grapefruit juice per day and try to eat a little of the fruit if you can. Uncooked or cooked tomatoes will make no difference to your end result at all.

    Hi Tilda,

Yes pepper is fine as well as a little lemon juice.

    Slimming Solutions

    Hi Laura,

We always advise you go for the actual fruit rather than the juice however if you cannot stomach the fruit do go for 100% concentrate, I wouldn’t imagine 1 cup of non concentrate juice would have any affect on your end result. Having the tomatoes hot or cold will have no affect on your end result therefore I would advise you leave them in the diet. In terms of your weight loss 7lbs is great, everyone is different meaning not everyone will get the same results. Our moto is “a pound lost is better than a pound gained” you’ve done amazingly well :)
