    Hi Stell,

Salt has a tendency to slow down your metabolism therefore we wouldn’t advise that you add salt to any of your food.

  • Stell

    Hello,
Please can you tell me if I am allowed to add a little salt to the boiled/ poached/ scrambled egg? Thank you

I’m pleased to say that I lost 8lb last week (9st 7 – 8st 13lb). Can I continue on the diet for say a month ? as find it really easy. Like some of the other people, I lost all that weight by day 5, nothing after. Can you explainhow the diet works / is it food combination or what ?

  • Bella

    Hi EllieB
I havent done yet, but I’m going to. It sounds daft, but I tend to lose weight on the “easiest” days!! So the steak and lamb chop days the weight falls off. On the fruit days, it just stops dead. So I’m gonna repeat days 1-4 and see what happens!

    Hi Bella,

The choice is entirely up to you.

Do let us know how you get on : )

    Hi Amy,

Fresh is always best as tinned can contain a lot of additives.

Fresh would be best however if you cannot get hold of it tinned will be fine, please be advised however that tinned foods can contain a lot of additives.

  • EllieB

I have exactly the same problem – did you just repeat the days 1-4?

  • Amy

  • Bella

Hi. Have done this a few times, and have got results every time. The only thing is though, that i lose all my weight in the first 4 days, and then i stop!! Would it be worth just repeating days 1 to 4?

  • Bob

It says salad allowed but doesn’t include cucumber, however it’s required for day three :(

  • Laura

Hi. Is tinned grapefruit in natural juice ok, rather than fresh grapefruit?

  • http://www.slimmingsolutions.co.uk/ Slimming Solutions

    Hi M,

We would advise against using the above however you can season with pepper and spices if you wish.

    I hope this helps.

  • M

Hi. Is Worchester sauce allowed on the meat and can you have balsamic vinegar on the salad?
