Mica Paris has shown people planning to lose weight in the new year how it is done by dropping two stone in just three months.
The singer has appeared at the Bluewater shopping centre to show off her stunning new shape in a pink dress and a pair of high heels.
Commenting on her weight loss, the 42-year old explained she had been able to lose the weight by using a combination of a healthy diet and exercise, as well as some weight loss products.
Mica has had some battles with her weight in the past and had led to her releasing a book focusing on how to feel good whatever your size after she spent some time presenting What Not to Wear.
Taking a sensible approach to losing weight was recently advocated by Editor of Healthy magazine Jane Druker, who explained it is the one way to be sure that the excess pounds will not creep back on again.
