Reality TV star and Ultimate Big Brother contestant Chantelle Houghton has reportedly lost a remarkable one stone in a matter of weeks.
Image orientated Chantelle, rose to fame winning Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 and wanted to look her best when returning to the Big Brother house.
The 27-year-old model claims she has lost a stone in a matter of weeks and last night sported her new, freshly toned figure, looking chuffed as she came face to face with her ex husband, singer Samuel Preston.
Essex girl Chantelle signed up to the No.1 Boot Camp in Norfolk after developing a rounder tummy and being mistaken for being pregnant. 5’7” Chantelle has dropped from a size 14 to a size 10; previously weighing 10st 12lbs. Kerry Katona is also a fan of the Norfolk Boot Camp, shedding an impressive amount of weight there just 12 months earlier.
Houghton has claimed that she worked extremely hard to achieve her new slim figure, undertaking a tough exercise regime and stringent eating plan.
Telling reporters on a recent photo shoot, Chantelle said “My body’s not perfect but I’m so much more confident. It’s fantastic to be able to buy a dress that I like rather than ones that hides my stomach”.
Chantelle’s boot camp may have cost a small fortune, however it still is possible to lose weight and achieve your weight loss goals by following a well planned healthy eating and exercise plan.

I’ve been watching Big Brother and shes been talking about her diet and that shes trying not to waste her hard work and put it back on in the house. The picture above makes her look a weird shape but she looks good in the BB house.

I didn’t like her when she was first in the big brother house, too chavvy! But I’m not sure now, she went too far with the plastic surgery. But she does have a good figure.
