Katie Price, aka Jordan, was revealed the secrets behind her current weight loss efforts.
The glamour model-turned-business woman appeared on This Morning earlier this week and revealed that she is one a no-carb diet in a bid to lose weight fast.
She's also avoiding breakfast after waking and instead opts for some juice.
"I juice in the morning … and I obviously have two meals but no carbs, and I've actually noticed a difference because with me as soon as I eat my belly sticks out," the 33-year-old revealed.
She said she was inspired to try and lose some weight after reading comments in magazines suggesting she was pregnant or calling her fat.
Recently, Dr Sarah Brewer, nutritionist, author and founder of Natural Health Guru, suggested that women can lose weight if they stick to a protein-based diet because it makes people feel fuller for longer.
Scientists from the American Association for Cancer Research also recently revealed that a high-protein, low-carb diet can help to ward off cancer.
