Acai & Banana Lift

Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of Acai Berry Diet Powder
- 1 mashed Banana
- 1 Egg yolk (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Oats ground up

Method:

Let’s start with the first crash diet and celebrity favourite – The Maple Syrup Diet
