Pizza has got to be one of everyone’s favourite foods, but its not always an ideal food when trying to lose weight. Why not try a tasty pizza slice that contains 200 calories and get creative with your toppings?
1 slice bread
5ml/ 1 tsp low fat spread
1 tomato sliced
1.5ml/ ¼ tsp dried oregano
25g/ 1 oz/ 2 tsp low fat cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated
Extra topping (pepperoni, ham, pineapple)
• Cook the bread on both sides spread with the low fat spread.
• Place tomato slices on top and scatter with the oregano.
• Cover with the grated cheese and any extra topping you would like and grill until it is melted and bubbling.
• Serve straight away.
