Celebrities like Oprah Winfrey use Oolong tea to maintain a healthy, attractive weight.
Oprah adds a mix of cinnamon, allspice, cloves and lemon and orange slices to her tea to make it an extra special treat.
And she always drinks the tea from a beautiful cup. “I make it into a ritual,” she explains.
Oprah drinks the tea as part of in the evening to avoid snacking after her strict 7:30 p.m. eating cut-off time.
She also drinks the tea every day between 3:30 and 4 p.m.
I’ve tried the Oolong Tea to maintain my weight – sometimes I use it if I want to drop a few lbs for a party/special occasion
i always drink the tea when i need to lose a few pounds. i drink both the feiyan tea and the oolong tea. Love Oprah!!!
Oprah looks great in this picture! I may invest in some slimming tea, I don’t really need to lose a lot of weight but a few pounds would be great, would this tea work for that?
Love Oprah and yeah i have tried the Oolong tea the taste is ok i did lose a couple of pounds of it. Would recommend this tea.
