To Return an Item
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package, unopened and with any security seal still intact to the address below. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address below:

Please note that all items must be returned within 14 days from the day after delivery and you must obtain a returns number either by calling 0845 874 0200 or emailing us.
We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation. You will be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning Underwear
We will issue a full refund on the price you paid provided that you return underwear to us in it's original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Please ensure that underwear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
