Great service, great product. Mix mine with semi skimmed milk but it tastes ok mixed with water. Been having 2 each day plus a healthy (ish) meal on an evening. 7lbs off in 2 weeks.

Great taste and easy to use. I'm replacing 2 meals each day then having fish or chicken with veg plus a small amount of carbs, and it's working for me. 18lbs off in 1 month.
