How to apply:
1. Boil a kettle of water.
2. Soak the bandages and one sachet of clay in the water for approximately 30 minutes. 3. Wrap the clay-soaked bandages around your chosen treatment area.
4. Cover the treatment area with a towel or wrap over the bandages with punctured cling-film.

It is important to keep the skin warm during treatment but also ensure it can breathe...

Leave for one hour...

Unwrap and wash bandages in a 40 degree Celsius wash. There is no need to shower.

ooooh, makes you want to eat yourself! Lovely treat and a fab way to slim down quickly. It works after about an hour, my jeans were so much slacker. Not sure if you're supposed to but I used it under my chin as well as all over my body. Could tell a difference on my 'turkey neck' too!
