This clever breakfast bowl works on a colour band system. It gives a 200 calorie serving of any cereal which includes 125ml of 2% fat milk. Choose your favourite cereals from the colour chart in the booklet, fill dry weight to the same colour band and add 125ml of milk. The Diet Plate and Bowl for the complete weight management system and the bowl may be used at lunch time to measure the correct portion of soup, any recipe containing protein or starch should be served to the green band and any free vegetable or tomato soup can be served to the pale blue line, enjoy with a crusty cob.

Calorie Controlled Breakfast Bowl

You will be amazed if you try this. I simply LOVE Frosted Wheats - this bowl shook me to my senses! If you follow this correctly (and hope to lose weight) you can only have about 9 little squares. I compared this to my usual bowl of Frosted Wheats and I was having 45 squares! So that's how I've put on weight. Tip - if you're hungry you can have a massive bowl of those puffed wheats (sugar puffs without the sugar lol).
