You will be amazed if you try this. I simply LOVE Frosted Wheats - this bowl shook me to my senses! If you follow this correctly (and hope to lose weight) you can only have about 9 little squares. I compared this to my usual bowl of Frosted Wheats and I was having 45 squares! So that's how I've put on weight. Tip - if you're hungry you can have a massive bowl of those puffed wheats (sugar puffs without the sugar lol).

A bowl that helps you keep your portions down. Got the Female plate for myself to and they both work well together. I am very pleased with how I am progressing.
