Slimming Solutions Ltd was established in 2000 initially as a retail and mail order slimming company. The
www.SlimmingSolutions.co.uk website was launched in 2001 and its online success has taken the company from strength
to strength - increasing its turnover tenfold. We sell worldwide and now manufacture lots of our own products -
ensuring only the highest quality, most powerful ingredients - whilst being able to keep our prices as low as possible.
Slimming Solutions obtains more than 85% of its custom from repeat visitors to the site and via and word of mouth
recommendations - so we have to make sure what we sell will provide excellent results for our customers. We welcome
all feedback - whether good or not so good.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a quick order turnaround. We aim to dispatch all orders within
24 hours. (November 2005 - October 2006 reports show that 99.2% of all orders were dispatched within 24 hours of receipt).

Do you manufacture the products yourself?
Yes, some. We manufacture around 40% of our range. As for the remainder of the products on our site, we are an official, authorised
supplier. Our products are manufactured and tested by well-established, reputable companies, with vast pharmaceutical, weight loss or
beauty industry experience and expertise.

How long does it take to see results?
It is difficult to say how long it will take to see results as this can differ from person to person. However, from customer feedback
a lot of our slimming products provide measurable results in only a few days. Other products such as anti wrinkle creams can take 30 - 90
days to show positive results.

How long should I keep using the products?
For our slimming range, we recommend you take the products until the desired result is achieved. Remember, once you reach your desired
weight / waist measurement / dress size you may need to take part in a ‘maintenance program’ where by you continue using the products in
much smaller doses until you are confident in your ability to maintain your results.

I am on medication and concerned about using a slimming product – albeit a natural one.

Please be sure to supply the names of the products you wish to order, your payment and delivery details.

Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an E-mail explaining what you wish to change. If
your order has already been processed, you are not be able to modify or change your order. Either way we will email you back to keep
you updated.

Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel
your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the item,
unopened, for a refund.

may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

To Return an Item
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package, unopened and with any security seal still intact to the
address below. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its
original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address below:

Please note that all items must be returned within 14 days from the day after delivery and you must obtain a returns number either
by calling 0845 874 0200 or emailing us
We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation. You will be liable for any shipping costs
if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. For your protection we recommend that you use a
recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning Underwear
We will issue a full refund on the price you paid provided that you return underwear to us in it's original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.
Please ensure that underwear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
