Back Orders
We dispatch the vast majority of orders within 2 hours of download. However, during extremely busy periods or on the rare occasion when we are out of stock we will place your order on a back order for you . You will always be emailed when an item is out of stock along with an anticipated dispatch date. (Over the last 12 months we have been able to complete over 99.2% of all orders placed without putting them on back order.) Of course, you will always have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
Edit an Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an E-mail or call us on 0845 874 0200 from 9.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday explaining what you wish to change. We will do our very best to edit your order and have been known to chase the courier down the street to help customers out. We will always keep you up to date with regard to the changes you make to your order.

Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you return the item for a refund.
